The new MathML-graph supplements our jBEAM versions now. It enables the graphic binding of formulas out of other MathML capable programs (for example MS Word), as well as the independent definition by means of Mathematical Markup Language using the editor of . You get the MathML-graph as part of the basic features now.

Step-Response-Analysis
All jBEAM-versions contains the new calculation Step-Response-Analysis now. The calculation Step Response determines the duration which a following signal needs to reach a specified level in percent of a leading signal after a step. You get this calculations as a component of the basic features.

The Formula Editor for Numerical Channels in jBEAM was supplemented by calculations for statistics of rows. Next to minimums, maxima and average, span and sum are available.

Characteristic Fields
There is a new feature concerning the engine and turbocharger characteristic field analysis in version6.2: differential characteristic fields. They can be used to compare results of two test bench tests. It is possible to calculate the absolute and relative difference and the
average for the intersecting area. As usually known from it is possible to parameterize and adjust the new visualizations to fit in the specific evaluation task.
