History of AMS

• 1993: The AMS company was founded in 1993 to develop and distribute the data acquisition software formerly offered by Hottinger Baldwin Messtechnik Darmstadt. Released in 1988, firstly as Macintosh version, was the first software for the acquisition and analysis of measured data with graphic windowing worldwide.
• 1995: AMS granted the award for innovation of the Free State of Saxony.
• 1996: for Microsoft Windows 95 was released.
• 1998: Just about 4 weeks after bringing Windows NT4 onto the market two wind tunnels at BMW were provided with as Windows NT compatible test stand software.
• 1999: demonstrated its technical efficiency at test stands for primary drive valve of Ariane5 (esa).
• 1998: AMS started the development of a java based evaluation software with focus on interactive web based evaluation and reporting: . It is platform-independent; supports more than 50 file formats, multilingual, easily operated with a high performance data processing.
• 2003: is the first ASAM-CEA compatible framework for data evaluation.
• 2006: One of the world's leading automotive manufacturer licenses as standard evaluation tool.
• 2007: is licensed by the Big Three of German automotive manufactures for various use of data evaluation.
• 2008: is introduced as standard software by the world's leading supplier for drive systems and components to control and analyze data on test stands.
