Small PH Test System

Process controlling and data acquisition of pH-values and conductivity with

Chemical industry requires cost effective and reliable, stable process control and online data display systems.
Data acquisition of ph and conductivity values has been realized through Gantner
e.bloxx modules for A/D conversion and a COM-server to enable distance data transmission to our data analysis software  .

The actual meaurement has been realized with 6 Schott HandyLab pH12 and LF12 handhelds, 2 e.bloxx A4-1 modules and a W&T Com-server with an ethernet-connector.Thus the test system may be used from any PC connected to the LAN that has a  installed
.

is increasingly used for other tasks than just data analysis. Utilizing the TCP /IP protocol, com-servers and serial connectors support data acquisition applications. Data acquisition rate is below 100 Hz.

If there is no temperature gauging required data acquisition may be realized even more cost - effective. The HandyLab devices will then be connected via the serial connectors that would wave the usage of Gantner modules:

the actual test system, temperature gauging was required and thus above mentioned solution was selected.
has a proven history as userfriendly, easy to use measurement solution through multiple customers in the industry and the academic environment. It features a comprehensive test data analysis and documentation - even in continuous measurement applications.
